Hi Jeffrey, Thank you for the very nice review. As far as the price of the part, just an FYI, all shops have to charge a profit on the part. The profit on that part that we charged was in line with what is typical in the industry. I did check it after seeing your review. I get it that you don't like finding that you could have purchased the part for less that what we charge. The mark up percentage was correct. If we didn't, we could not stay in business, as we're selling a completed job that includes diagnosis, parts and labor to do the work. That includes marked up parts and labor costs, as is the case in all shops. But, the good news is that if you ever have a problem, at least in the next three (3) years or 36K miles, which ever comes first, bring it back in and we'll take care of it under our Sunshine Service warranty. And, if you're in another state, there are about 10,000 NAPA Auto Care Centers nationwide, who will also take care of you for that same three (3) years and 36K miles.
