The experience I had at Sunshine was not bad, except for one thing. I brought my travel trailer in to have a loose wheel repaired. It's a two axle trailer, and the lug nuts on one of the wheels backed out and that ruined the wheel, nuts, and wheel studs. They recommended a bearing repack service for $435 labor, which I agreed to. The repair of the wheel would be hourly. For the wheel repair, they replaced the studs in the drum. For that, I was charged two hours labor, $290. I believe that was excessive, especially considering that the drum was already removed for the bearing repack service. I went in a couple of weeks later and asked about it and the explanation I got was unsatisfactory. So, as it stands now, I have no desire to go back to Sunshine.

Great service and folks who work on the check-in counter. I'm unable to mention the mechanics because we didn't have and interaction. The check list was fairly comprehensive and provided good detail regarding my vehicle. Service was within normal expecting and price was in lune with others we checked doing the wheel alignment. We stayed with Sunshine because of our past experience with their services.

Everyone there was helpful and knowlegable about the work needed on my RV. They kept me up to date on how things were going with the repair. They didn't try to make the problem bigger than it was and since getting it back it runs better than it did when I took it in to be repaired. Thanks guys for the work.
