After being refused to check on Vehicle issues by Ford, because I have a Class C RV, the issues were not related to the RV but were issues with the F-450 vehicle, I found out about Sunshine Auto Truck and RV Repair. I called them and Rick answered the phone. Immediately I had a good sense about this business because thru his voice I could tell he was smiling. A great start. I asked him if he worked on Fords/RVs and he said yes. I explained to Rick the issue that I was having and he said to bring the vehicle down prior to 4:30, a work order can be written up and my RV will be secured behind fences over the weekend. I received a call before close of business on that Friday, explaining what was wrong. It wasn’t what I thought it was(good thing) but what it was, was still going to be an expensive repair. I said let’s do it and a quote of services and expense was prepared, along with when it would be ready. When I picked my RV up they thoroughly explained what was done and why, which met my expectations and put me at ease regarding the repairs. They could tell I was concerned about long term and that the repairs weren’t what I had initially envisioned. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of what they did. Their professionalism was rider rate and their “customer service” was what I expect from every business I deal with. Customer service is a lost concept, and I greatly appreciated theirs. I WILL use their services again when the need arises...Thank You.
