Very disappointed as a long time customer, first visit was 30 yrs ago, then again last yr. Last visit in Sept, I never enjoy having to argue with a tech over what should be common sense. Later I was contacted by the owner wanting to talk about it. Too little too late. Problem still not fixed, the next $200 I spend on my Jeep will be somewhere else.

Second time here. Made an appointment- let them know I had to hang out. Kalil (also the name of one of my favorite authors) was so polite and the waiting room is really chill. I went to have a french toast across the street. 1.45 hr to do alignment on an old crappy car. It drives so awesome now! Reasonable price for that much work. It's hard to find a good mechanic. Sunshine has a great crew. Fingers crossed it stays that way as long as I live in the area.

I would highly recommend this shop, great service that was affordable and quick. I noticed uneven tire wear on my lifted SUV's tires recently and I had had my car in several shops which had not informed me of any problems with my vehicle. However, I called Sunshine Service Brake & Alignment and they fit me in same day, completed the alignment in only a couple of hours, and even filled one of my low tires with air! The professionalism and attention to detail from this shop was a breath of fresh air and the price was very reasonable.

Yes are so busy that they can't adhere to basic customer service. They require a $75 non refundable deposit to make an appointment. I understood that, but had a work emergency and asked them to move my appointment up by a day or more depending on their availability. The agent told me that they were so busy that my truck would not be worked on for at least 2 days and would just be sitting in the lot for that time. Despite that information, they said they needed to charge me ANOTHER $75 to make a change to the original appointment-even though they would not be getting to my vehicle for 48 hours anyway. They said only a DEATH in the immediate family would "qualify" us for waiving the $75 deposit. That statement put me over the edge and I decided I will never do business with them in the future. Let's hope they put my $75 donation toward some continuing education classes in customer service!

I loved how fast it was and the work they did. People were pretty friendly as well.

Arrived at the appointment time for the alignment, done in just over an hour. Very professional and courteous.

Was recommended Sunshine for my wheel alignment. Very professional, fast and thorough with the process. Also got a visual inspection which I always appreciate it. Very happy with service provided.
