Since I've moved to reno this has been the only shop i take my cars to. They haveReasonable prices, they work fast and i don't have any complaints. So far everyone ive met that works here is very polite, punctual and professional. This is a great place for sure👍🏾👍🏾

I cannot say enough good things about Sunshine. The service manager, Kalii, is amazing. He was so professional, worked with me and my budget, and went above and beyond to get my car back to me in working condition again. He truly took care of me. And my car was even ready the same day! I hope to not need a mechanic anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I am going. Thank you!!!

Just depends on if you have a European car... understanding that vw is German, Honda European.

Terry, Honda is Japanese, though many are made here in the U.S. VW is European, being made in Germany. Perhaps there was some misunderstanding when our receptionist took your call with regards to service you may have been requesting of us. Being that you've not actually walked into the shop I would only recommend that you not judge us too harshly yet. Call again, as I'm sure we'll better understand your question.

We have been going to Sunshine for years but with Covid I had concerns and asked for nearly contactless service. I was assured it would be done safely. The technician was nice but he did not even have a face covering on as he climbed in. I had to repeatedly ask for him to use his rag- which was hardly a face covering. Businesses should provide masks and mandate use by periodically checking. Disappointed that our concerns were not taken seriously.

My last reply was wrong, as I didn't have information about your recent phone call that our receptionist took for me. As is now my understanding, you had requested a contactless smog that we scheduled for Monday at 3:00pm. We noted it on the work order that they wanted a contactless smog, we got payment over the phone, and you handed us a signed envelope through the mail slot in the door. There is no way that the technician can perform the smog in a contactless manner on a motorhome if the customer is sitting inside the vehicle. You did call back and told our receptionist to tell me that I was mistaken as to my initial online reply to your review. Because, you had to tell the technician a few times to put his mask on, though he said it only slipped off of his nose while climbing into the motorhome. I take your word for that. You also commented on the fact that he was not wearing what you considered a proper face mask and that he insisted on wiping down the vehicle even though you had stated to him a couple times that you would prefer to do it in a way that there is no contamination. You also said that you cared for elderly and a pregnant woman, and that you wanted to be as safe as possible to reduce the risk of exposing them. Your review is accepted a fact, and we apologize that your experience wasn’t good. We have been requiring masks for over a year. The mask that you felt was not appropriate, is considered acceptable for mechanics in this work environment. I am very sorry that this occurred while you were here. We sincerely apologize.

This is just a FYI for out of town rv owners traveling thru town with a RV issue, when I called the lady was very polite but told me they require there having the rv for "a couple days" Im sure there work is good as they were referred to me from a local shop however I needed a answer sooner rather than later.

Richard, Very sorry that we weren't able to fit you in on an emergency basis, as you stated. We actually try to help travelers, who might have to stay in a hotel while their RV is at our shop. Sometimes we can get on it the same day. But, most days, because we have scheduled appointments, the scheduled appointments have to come first. So, you can easily expect your job, even if it's small, to take two days. I appreciate that you left that review for anyone traveling, they should expect that there is likely few if any shops that can stop what they are doing and work on your vehicle on the same day. That's even more the case during summer months when we're even more busy.
