I was originally going to write a 5 star, but unfortunately, after going in to fix my noise in my car, I have paid over 3000 dollars to what they said was the problem, unfortunately after picking up the car, the car now has even more problems, I went it for a noise issue going over bumps, now there is a constant high pitch squeaking noise that is just getting worse, they were willing to check it out again under warranty since i just picked it up, but if it's something not related to what they fixed I have to pay for the inspection plus all the repairs and labor again. I think this is wrong, my main reason for coming in here was to fix my noise over bumps, i paid for a noise inspection and they said they found the problem, after putting 3000 dollars in to it what they said would fix it, the car is now worse and I'm being expected to pay for their negligence. I'm going in today as they are going to check it out, and will write an update. If i have to pay again for an inspection for an issue your company caused, if the mechanics were negligent in the inspection and they overlooked an issue by mistake, I shouldn't be expected to compensate for your negligence, and I would like to speak to the owner. Update: I brought in my car for them to check it out again, customer service was amazing, the owner is very helpful and understanding, luckily, they were able to find out the issue within an hour, and it was a loose part, they are fixing it at no charge and I appreciate their service and time to take a look at it again. Overall I really recommend this place and still deserves 5 starts. I will definitely be coming back in to the future to do more maintenance and repairs as I trust them with my cars. They are willing to make things right and help come to solution, to make sure everything is as promised and customers are happy! Thank you to the owner and everyone part of the team! 👍
