Such an impressive business. Professional, courteous, friendly, and explained everything in great detail while also providing pictures of what they found wrong as well as the repair. Also of note is how clean this shop is. What a pleasure.

This place is AWESOME! I’ve lived in Reno all my life and for us ladies sometimes it can be hard to find a good auto shop. My Father recommended coming here after a great experience. So I decided to try them out and now I’ve been coming to them for years! They are VERY honest and their prices are reasonable. The work top notch! Plus the two front desk guys, one who’s name i forget (sorry!) and the other Kaleie (sorry if I butchered the spelling!). Seriously no better auto shop in the area!

Quality of service is great but prices are very high. They charged for 2.5 hrs @ $135/hr, but the service itself only took 1.5 hrs

I went here based on the personal recommendation of my boss. I had no expectation that they would be so high tech and so good at communicating. Within an hour or two they sent me a detailed, mobile-friendly visual inspection with photos and video and mechanic notes and their recommendations... all via a link in a text message. I shared with my husband, who then felt assured I wasn’t getting ripped off because I am a woman (it has happened to me before). Within minutes we had decided what actions we wanted and got a quote back via text. Work was done well and sooner than expected. The staff were super nice! They are still mandating masks, which was surprising but doesn’t bother me at all... It is a small office space and I’d hate for them to get sick. Would 100% recommend this shop. Only drawback is the traffic on Rock Blvd. Holy moly. If you can, travel to their shop from south heading north on Rock. The freeway exit line was a mile long and I missed my chance and had back track quite a bit. I avoided the freeway later and it was a little easier.

Rex did the alignment on both my cars, he did an amazing job got them both dialed in even went above and beyond and showed me on my vehicle some problem areas before he touched them then squared those away for me to, great place highly recommended

Kalii was very professional and honest. Took the time to explain in detail what would be done to my car, and when I picked it up, again he was very theral on details and asked me if I had questions. I was able to use my Costco 15% coupon. Will definitely recommend Sunshine Services in the future.
