And your follow up call the day after we picked up our RV helped turn this stressful experience right side up again. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars! Initial Review: We used to have really EXCELLENT experiences here! But this is turning into a nightmare now. They haven't been communicating with us regarding our RV that has been there for nearly two weeks (for a scheduled appointment that we prepaid a large sum of money for). We are supposed to leave tomorrow and still our RV hasn't had its work done. We keep calling and getting a different reason why and a different estimated time of completion. What a powerless position we are in. I would love to change this rating, but feel others should know what is happening.
