Very professional team from front desk all the way to the mechanics, I was greeted with a warm welcome and explained everything very thoroughly! I choose to wait for my car which was roughly an hour, very reasonable time for an oil change and tire rotation. Best part was the visual inspection text they send you for your Vehicle, gave ne a piece of mind knowing my car is in good shape! Thank you sunshine service for your time and hard work!

I have had brake service as well as generator repair and alignment done on my Class C motorhome. Sunshine Service does a complete five star service and keep you informed with text messages complete with photos and explanations of maintenance being performed. I have never received that type of service and accountability and I k now that proves a professional and honest company. The staff and manager are kind and courteous and go over every checkpoint on your service invoice. Sunshine Service is a well known company that has been in the Reno-Sparks area for many years!

I got my timing belt and water pump replaced. Excellent communication during repair. I was able to use a free loaner car when the repair ran over to an extra day. Also made use of the Costco members coupon to receive 15% discount on the repair. I think I’ve found my new shop for repairs.

They completed the ABS sensor replacement and made sure everything was good! Dropped it off at 8:00AM and they notified me at noon, the work had been completed. Great job! Okay

There is simply no there company that I would trust. There so Professional and knowledgeable. And most importantly to me VERY responsive to any questions you may have or any needs they feel you need to know about your vehicle. And IN this changing world where everything is moving so fast and they still hold to the old tradition slow is better and knowledge is still King.

very very happy with everything they did no one tried to upsell me they kept me updated the entire time they had my car even sent pictures of what needed to be done. they even gave me a veteran discount, i will be a lifetime customer and have told friend and family about the great service i revived.
