Somehow, we got a bent axle on our travel trailer and completely ruined one of the four tires. I only found it because that tire happened to get a nail in it and went flat. I called numerous RV and auto shops in and around Carson City where we live and nobody could work on this problem. I found Sunshine Service on the web. They DO work on axle problems, and even though it's a 40 mile drive to get to them, we had no choice if we wanted to fix our trailer. We made an appointment, and dropped our trailer off at 8am. About four hours later we got a call, informing us that our trailer was done. They straightened the axle and completely aligned all four wheels to specs. We got a print-out showing the before and after caster and camber, and toe in and toe out readings on each wheel. Impressive! Everything was explained to us in language that we understood. We drove out feeling relieved that our trailer had been fixed, and we got the service we hoped for. Now the icing on the cake. I have NEVER been to an auto repair facility that was this clean. The waiting room was immaculate. You could sit there in a wedding gown and not get any dirt on it! The bathrooms were also spit shined. Everything in the establishment where a customer would find themselves is spotlessly clean. We WILL be back, and we WILL tell our friends. And of course, I'm telling everyone on Yelp!

I needed the axle on our travel trailer 'straightened', if that turned out to be the problem. Nobody down here in Carson City did this kind of work. After calling many different shops, I found Sunshine - and yes they did do axle work. Whew! We dropped our trailer off at 8am (per appointment) and in about four hours they called to tell me all was well now. I'd already put a new tire on to replace the one that showed me the axle was in need of work. I am totally pleased with the professionalism they showed in fixing our trailer. I might add too, that this is the CLEANEST auto repair shop I have EVER been in! Both bathrooms were spotless, and the waiting room was as well. The whole business reflects pride in appearance, pride in jobs well done, and shows that everyone cares. When's the last time you went somewhere and felt like THIS? We WILL be back, and we WILL tell our friends.

Just a 4WD alignment, but was done on time at the estimate. My questions about AWD tire rotation were also answered.

These people are awesome! Very friendly, accommodating and I believe them to be very honest. The costs are right in there. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.
