service was great..the whole process was polite and efficient from the phone conversation when making appointment to the finish. I was told on the phone the price and approxiament time it would be to rotate and balance my tires..that held true. The waiting room is pleasnt ,,very clean and offers t.v, magazines and snacks. the staff was friendly and polite..my car and I are happy and will return.

There is not much to like about having someone to fix your car but you have to take it somewhere and I would definitely recommend Sunshine. These guys were great to work with, took as much time as needed to explain everything to me and were never pushy. The service manager Kalii is excellent at letting you know what is going on and working with you to save dollars where you can.

Wonderful service!!! Highly professional personnel. Car was fixed in a timely manner as promised. They provided updates as needed and there were no surprises. It was the most pleasant experience I have had dealing with auto repair.

I have alway's found the service and the quality of work done at Sunshine to great. I first came to them from a different local repair shop in Reno several months ago that failed to complete the work as requested The staff is always friendly and helpful.
