Went in expecting to have a full brake job done . After the inspection ,I was told brakes were still okay and I work was needed at this time. When brakes are needed, they will be done here. Very honest and pleasant to deal with.

I called to schedule a tire rotation. I was 10 minutes early to my scheduled appointment yet it took an hour to do a sub-five minute job. I like these people and want to be a customer but this motivates me to look elsewhere. After-hours calls do not give you the chance to leave a voicemail and there is no weekend service. They do good work but it is challenging to get in.

I never get less than stellar service at Sunshine. Their services advisors are on top of things, always friendly, very informative. I haven't met their mechanics, but they are obviously top-notch. Every vehicle issue we bring in, is skillfully solved, quickly and correctly. We have a fleet of service vehicles, so I have had numerous opportunities to use their service over the last year and a half. Never once has the team Sunshine left me feeling like they didn't care about my problem or weren't interested in me as a customer. The owner Mark personally talk to me about my vehicles on almost every service visit. So glad to have found Sunshine Service!

I dropped a big chunk of change at another auto repair shop and my car came back in worse shape than before the work. I needed to find another mechanic to fix the new problems and found Sunshine. They stopped my car from overheating and worked with me to find a reasonably priced solution. They also kept me in the loop while the car was being worked on and they have a wonderful kid friendly waiting room. They are my go to shop from here on out.

I was immediately impressed and honestly taken off guard by the welcome that I received when I initially arrived. It was professional, yet very sincere as if they had known me for few years, and that made me feel comfortable. Why? Because I didn't know them at all, I know nothing about working on cars, and I went in with that "they're gonna try to fix any & everything, even if it's not broken, then give me some outrageous bill!" mentality. Well, that definitely wasn't the case. They did a great job! The owner himself even gave me a ride to where I needed to go while they had my car. It was also nice that they sat down and went over everything afterwards with me and made sure that I understood. I don't always give reviews, but this one was worth taking a moment.
