I was very impressed with the service. My service rep (Kalihi?) kept me informed on when the RV would be ready without me having to call 10 times, as has been the case at other RV shops.

Front office staff was professional and friendly. Kalii explained everything upfront and kept me informed throughout the process. They even offered me a ride to and from work! the car drives like a dream (again!) and I will definitely be back! THANKS

Sunshine did my tire alignment. They were more thorough than expected and worked more quickly than expected. Very professional. Waiting room was stocked with beverages, comfortable and clean. Also had wireless internet so I could use my time there to complete some work I needed to do.

As a fulltime RV'er, you very quickly learn the importance of having a "Go To" repair shop. Afraid I pretty much blew through all of the major shops in the Reno/Sparks area, along with a couple smaller outfits, with none of them ever coming close to providing what Sunshine has. As a local, of course I understand how a shop must attempt to get those folks, who are literally stuck in our community here, back up & on the road again. Yet, when my RV is in the shop, it's no different than for those long distance travelers. Sunshine "gets it", because they understand our world. How RV'ers actually feel, when stranded, with the requirement one find a place to sleep. Plus a ton of associated hassles. Having been to some pretty impressive shop setups across the county, I've never felt as valued as I did through my Service Writer Scot, who, along with Mechanic Jim, took care of an annoying problem I've literally struggled for years to resolve. And I don't believe I was there more than an hour! Bottom line, we must all, as consumers of this wonderful thing called RV'ing, commit to being honest & helpful to fellow RV'ers. So, with this statement guiding my every word here... I strongly recommend this professional, skilled & featuring fairly priced service offerings outfit.... Look now further.

They did excellent work on my Jeep that had some issues. Only place in town I trust for alignments.
