Expectations/timeline for what I needed were clearly laid out prior to my appointment as well as when I showed up. The detailed report for my car was easy to follow and understand the status of my vehicle as a whole. The estimate of repairs was thoroughly gone through with me to understand what it needed and why, and the tech walked me back to the car to see things in person as well before it was put back together to drive home.

I was kept informed during the repair process on my 2003 GMC P/U, via videos/texts and phone calls. Mainly front end suspension work done, tech saw a missing nut and bolt, which needed to be replaced. The attention to detail, keeping the customer informed, all let me know I was in the hands of true professionals. An outstanding repair shop, honest and reputable.
