Sparks and Reno Auto Repair

I recently took my RX350 Lexus to the service department at the Dolan Lexus dealership to fix a front headlight and a frayed windshield wiper. After waiting for several hours, they gave me a quote for "additional urgent repairs" that came to over $4,400.00. I'm glad I took my car the very next day to Sunshine Automotive for a second opinion! The mechanic there couldn't even FIND several of the supposed issues. And, the few things that actually DID need attention were accomplished for approximately $400.00. From now on, I won't take my car anywhere else.

Came in to have the brakes inspected, and was given a precise and thorough overview of what was going on with the brake system. Very professional and straightforward explanation for a reasonable small fee. Found out just a small normal wear and tear issue was not a larger one that I had thought was a possibility because of not being aware of what was actually happening with the symptoms that were present.

Professional service. I would highly recommend this business.

The only thing I was disappointed in, was the rush to get the car in at 8:00AM which was a little tough especially since you were back up from the previous day. Maybe a call or e-mail for a later arrival would be better. As always the work was exceptional. Robert Burns
