Sparks and Reno Auto Repair

I had four new tires installed on my 2002 Ford F350 (with an All Terrain slide in popup camper in the bed), had one old tire mounted on a used wheel that Sunshine procured for me (for an extra spare), and an alignment. The entire experience with the shop was pleasant: The prices were reasonable, the communication was great, and even the atmosphere of the shop was nice: There were quirky sculptures and a cactus garden. Who knew? Extra praise for Scott who spoke to me directly and with respect instead of ignoring me and speaking only to my husband, who was with me. As a woman, this is a rare treat in the auto industry.

I have had the opportunity to utilize Sunshine Service with both of our cars. Each time, I have been blown away by the friendliness, the professionalism and the genuine commitment to service. On my last two visits, they took the time to inspect and analyze the issues we were having with our cars and actually proposed solutions which were much cheaper (or free) than if Sunshine were to make the repairs. In addition, they didn't charge me for their time in diagnosing the problem either. This place embodies great service. I won't take our cars anywhere else.

Really nice Customer Service! Very comfortable waiting area! I was told the wait time could possibly take 2-3 hours, the work was completed in less time! I would recommend to any one needing their service!
