I was referred to Sunshine Service by Discount Tires for an unknown noise on my Nissan. Working with mechanics can be extremely stressful if you don't know who they are, anything about vehicles, or an appropriate cost to fix a problem. I was a bit apprehensive to pursue navigating the unknown noise that needed attention. The folks at Sunshine were professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. They continued to check on me while I waited and informed me of the progress on my vehicle throughout. While I sat in the waiting room, I listened to the two service writers answering phones, dealing with face-to-face traffic, managing mechanic traffic with diagnostics and prognosis, etc. I was there nearly two hours and they worked non-stop - professional and positive to everyone! It turned out the issue with my car was minor and they fixed the problem for minimal cost and gave me complete diagnostics on my vehicle. These guys were great! I am happy to say we have found a company we will return to in the future. Thanks Sunshine!

They were very helpful with finding out what was wrong with my truck and they also were very honest! Which was nice for a change! I have had some bad luck with other shops taking advantage of me and charging for things that didn't need to be done. I am very happy and will take my SUV back there next time I need to.

Beware! Service is horrible and these guys are crooks. Made appointment a week in advance. After waiting 2.5 hours the manager called to let me know they couldn't service my vehicle until they replaced a certain part. I had another appointment to make and had to reschedule. The manager insisted on charging me a considerable. inspection fee for no services performed, whatsoever. I refused. I was told not to return. Later in the day I was informed by another mechanic that the parts that Sunshine wished to replace were intact and fairly new from previous work done a couple years ago.
