Sparks and Reno Auto Repair

I arrived in Sparks,NV from southern California to visit family. I had experienced brake trouble along the way and, once here, I had to seek suggestions on where I could take my car to a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop. It was through a Costco Auto Program that I was directed to Sunshine Service. The staff there were very professional, good listeners, and very courteous. They did a thorough inspection , explained clearly what they found and what work should be done to restore the system. The staff were busy with appointments, walk-ins and phone calls throughout my time there but they treated everyone who came in just as they had treated me. The quality of the mechanics' work is excellent. I sensed they are very respected in the community and, if I lived in Sparks, I would definitely return there if I had any other auto repair needs.

The service was as quick as it possibly could given their busy schedule! They are very upfront, reasonable, and offer exceptional service! My car is not only fixed but is running better than it has in years thanks to the mechanics that work here. I know that because of what a great job they did, many more of my family member will be getting their cars serviced here!!

Even though there was a mix up in appointment scheduling Sunshine was able to accommodate our trailer in their busy schedule to get us on the road on a timely basis.

Before starting work, the technician explained in detail what had to be done to prevent the tire wear that was occurring. He was able to install new parts & complete work by the end of the day as promised. Everyone did well in the 102-degree heat!

It is refreshing to take my vehicle to a place I trust -who will be straight with me and not upsell me. I now have a new car and plan to continue to have service with you.

I found Sunshine through ratings and reviews. I just had my brakes done and was quite pleased. I have to be happy with a companies service in order to refer their business. I will certainly give out their name.
