Took all day for simple alignment even with a week appoint. They will want to unnecessarily rebuild ur whole front end. Avoid!.. Why does it take all day to do an alignment..with an appointment? I just learned how bad you are from doing business with other alignment companies.

It took them awhile to get to the job, but once they did they were right on it. Just what they said. They even discounted the job for my inconvenience. Great work

This is the only place in town that I know will do the job correctly. They may not be the cheapest but when I walk away I know it's been done right! To me that's money well spent.

I used Sunshine Service back in the late 90's to do some alignment and suspension work on my Cobra Replicar. They came highly recommended to me from the previous owner of the car. I have always been very satisfied with their work and timeliness. Most recently I purchased a very nice 2005 Dodge Magnum AWD with a Hemi Motor. I brought the car to a suspension specialist to diagnose a suspension problem. After three appointments, and still not diagnosed to my satisfaction. I remembered the wonderful service and workmanship I received from Sunshine years ago. I called, spoke with Kalii, and scheduled an appointment. They are busy, it took over a week to get an appointment. I now have a clear understanding of what the problem is and we are scheduling the car to be repaired. Wow, what service should be! Visiting in town and had some issues with the van. They promised by Monday, but we're able to deliver 4 fays early allowing me to get home on schedule. No pressure to do more services, and the van runs great. Very professional!

The only criticism was that I was not contacted when diagnosis was made so I could assess and consider scheduling the work to be done after I had already purchased new tires and rescheduled an alignment and new parts as well. It turned out the parts weren't available so I would have to bring it in again. The diagnosis turned out to be accurate after getting a second opinion. I was influenced by my mechanic who does not have expertise in alignment and parts involved.
