It was indeed our good fortune to meet Service Manager Mr. Kalii Burch when we arrived at Sunshine Service to inquire if the damaged air conditioner condenser on our motorhome could be repaired. Although this was our first time visit, he welcomed us as though we had been a long-time customer. He scheduled our appointment, and we have been extremely pleased with the personal attention he gave to us from initial contact to completion of repair. First time there. Extraordinarily pleasant. They just get it. Customer service permeates every aspect of their business. They squeezed me in without a hassle and had it done in a few hours. They text you a full report on the vehicle inspection and prices are competitive. Very impressive.
