Sparks and Reno Auto Repair

These people know their stuff. I was recommended to them by a friend who had his Bighorn 5th wheel RV axles aligned at Sunshine. To make a long story short, within the past month, I had both axles on my 5th wheel RV replaced under warranty due to some factory defects. The service manager at the dealership recommended that I have the axles checked for alignment. I'm thinking, "these are brand new axles," but I made the appointment anyway knowing that the axles that were replaced were relatively new also. In layman's terms, the end result was that the front axle was tracking to the left, and the rear one was tracking too far inward. Towing home from Reno was a far different experience than towing it over there. I'm not going to say I didn't know it was back there, but it sure towed smoother and straighter, went uphill easier, cornered better, and the overall driving experience was a lot less intense. Came in with alignment issue that two other shops were too lazy to fix. Explained my problem, dropped off truck, and one hour later vehicle was picked up and problem was resolved. Sunshine will now have my business in the future. Thank you all!

really clean place...organized, friendly. They wrote everything down and explained their procedures on tackling the tune up etc. Received a call later in the day after an inspection with an estimate cost of services. When they found something additional they were in contact with us to provide clarification and get an OK. The work was completed timely, the cost gone over and old parts that were replaced were reviewed. Very happy with the service and the RV runs beautifully. I would definitely recommend Sunshine to any of our friends. Nice to find a chassis shop for the RV as well as a place we can take the car!! Thanks, Sunshine!!!!
