Steven: Very sorry that you had to wait for anything. As a Napa Auto Care Center, Napa stocks us up with what we use the most, and delivers anything else within ten to twenty minutes from their central warehouse. Which, in our case is a mile away, and we get great delivery service from them, for all of our parts. With the many kinds of cars on the road these days, this is the best way to service them all. But, when customers have to wait, that's not good. It generally doesn't work that way, and we apologize for that happening to you. Your experience is what it's all about to me as the owner.
