Sunshine Service Brake & Alignment
It took multiple days to hear back after minor repairs (lifted vehicle alignment + front hubs/axle repair costs of 1200) and I had to call them several times to figure out when my vehicle was going to be done. I had to bring it back in for re-alignment, which didn't hold either... They told me that multiple other repairs/modifications would be necessary to properly align my Jeep, which may or may not be true (was always going to be off a bit unless I made those repairs/mods). I ended up getting annoyed, watched several YouTube videos and aligned myself in my drive way without making any repairs/mods. It has been 6 months since I realigned myself and the vehicle tracks fine and tires are wearing properly... Once I posted the original review (2 star), Rick from Sunshine called me and was apologetic and appreciative of my concerns. We had a good conversation, and I feel like they will make an effort to improve service if I returned. This shop has been around a long time and is responsive to reviews/concerns, which is great... However, there are many other options out there, so I would suggest shopping around and becoming knowledgeable about your vehicle prior to bringing it in to any shop!
Sean: Thank you for taking a call from Rick today. I'd like, if you're interested, to get it up on an alignment rack again, where one of our lead alignment tech's could get a new (and complimentary) alignment machine print out of the current settings. If that's an option, give either Rick or me a call. I am very sorry that your experience wasn't good. Mark (owner)
