I brought my RV in for service on the generator, while driving I notice my cab air conditioner was not cooling properly I asked if they could take a look at it. They did and found a problem. In my past records your guy found that I have a service warranty on the RV and he took the initiative to call them and get their approval on any work that might be needed before calling me. So he was able to let me know that it may be covered under the warranty when he called to give me the estimate of repairs needed. I am very grateful for this as I may of forgotten to mention it and then I would have had to pay the entire bill instead of the warranty company picking up their share. This is what I consider over and above service. This is the kind of service that brings me back to you the next time. Thank you Bill Sutman

I was satisfied with the customer service but would suggest you stagger your appointments for the diagnostic machine. I was almost a whole day without my car and it needed further service I would have to bring it back or reschedule for another day. I was very happy it didn't cost me over $1000 + more service hours.

Excellent service, great communication, accurate quote; everything one would want in an auto shop. Also, the app/website link that shows the results of their diagnostic is really handy!
