Appreciated the estimate upfront before the work was done. The items I ask to be done were checked off and either completed or I was given a description of what would need to be done before it was done to make sure I approved the cost. The final cost was well below the estimate, due. to the fact that they realized that some of the items on the estimate were in good working order and did not need to be done. Thank you for your professionalism.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and honest. They did not attempt to sell us on unnecessary work but instead gave us a complete picture of the health of our vehicle. Definitely recommend! We will be repeat customers.

Great job on fixing the bearings

Sunshine did some major work on my truck's intake manifold and spark plugs in January. In May I noticed a coolant leak from that same area and took it in and showed them where I saw the leak. They diagnosed the problem as the manifold they replaced and told me it would be repaired under warranty. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to use while they had my truck over a holiday weekend. Napa covered their part replacement and labor and I paid nothing for a project that would have ran over $1200. I am so relieved that at no point was I pressured to pay any portion of this warranty work, and everyone I encountered at Sunshine was very courteous and helpful in their efforts. The experience could not have been better. Thank you Sunshine Service!
